Zell uses the service providers below to deliver, secure and support its AI-powered sales coaching and conversation-intelligence services. Only providers relevant to the features a Customer enables will process that Customer’s Personal Data.
Where processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, Zell applies the transfer safeguards described in its Data Processing Agreement.

Changes and objections
Zell may update this list as its services and suppliers change. Where a new Sub-processor may materially affect the processing of Customer Personal Data, Zell will provide reasonable advance notice under the Data Processing Agreement. Customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
